Movie Studios Get Ready For Internet Distribution

from the oh-really? dept

The major movie studios are apparently working on top secret plans for movie distribution over the internet. The article takes some guesses at what they're working on and who it will hurt most (cable TV?). At least they're working on something, rather than just ignoring it, like the music industry did. Of course, there's no promise that things will actually work according to plan.
