First Tuesday's Changing Roots

The regional leaders of First Tuesday, the global networking group, are supposedly about to close a deal with Yazam (the troubled investment firm). The current offer price from the regional leaders will mean that if Yazam chooses to sell, they'll be getting a relatively valuable network for a bargain price.
