Net Radio Group Threatens To Sue RIAA

from the antitrust-stuff dept

For every single “agreement” reached by the RIAA with webcasters, there has been a corresponding disagreement by plenty of webcasters who felt the deal was no good and didn’t represent them. Every deal was negotiated by separate groups who claimed to represent webcasters, but who always seemed to just represent a specific segment of webcasters. They say that the RIAA has violated anti-trust rules and is trying to drive them out of business.
