California Bill Preventing Sale Of Violent Video Games To Minors Shot Down

While I'm sure this is far from over, proposed legislation that would ban the sale of violent video games to children has been shot down in committee. Another bill, requiring retailers to separate out the violent games from the non-violent games also received very little support.
