Microsoft Suing More Spammers

from the keep-it-up dept

A few months after filing lawsuits against a bunch of spammers, Microsoft has kept up the pressure, filing another set of lawsuits against more spammers. The article estimates that they've now sued about 200 spammers - though, they still don't know who many of them are. At this point, they're just filing John Doe cases, and hoping to find out who they are at a later date.

Why is it that Microsoft is allowed to sue for millions but I'm not?

I have no problem with John Doe filings by companies against individuals. What made you think I did?
