VCs Finally Coming Back

It looks like VCs are finally getting more comfortable investing again. While it's not entirely clear if the IPO market really is back, it certainly looks like VCs feel pretty good about the potential to cash out sometime in the near future, by IPO or by acquisition. Also, contrary to the study earlier this week, the article claims that early stage companies are getting a lot more cash. This is a good thing. While plenty of bad investments get made (and companies often start to confuse VC investment with revenue), having more capital flowing generally leads to more innovation.
