I am Furmuzaki Vadim Valerievich,I was born 15.03.1980 in Lugansk.My address:

Ukraine,Lugansk,Ubileyniy,Zaporochenko 8/33.I did an invention
which did steal Viktor Andreevich Ushenko(the president of Ukraine now.)This
invention is being used inside the bell “Body shaper” now(it is electrical
circuit board which used instead of transformer). Money,which he got
from mine and another people’s stolen inventions he used to
become the president of Ukraine in 2004.In 2004 during the election Viktor
Ushenko and his people made an explosion here;Ukraine,Lugansk,Ubileyniy,
Sadovaya 2.
Viktor Ushenko uses an expensive mask to change his voice,a colour of eyes
and hair.His people use these technologies as well.They use these technologies
to copy anybody’s face,hair,eyes,voice and make the same men,women and
even 15 years old kids which look like them.Viktor Ushenko used a mask
(I don’t know exactly,a mask or other,but they had said it is a mask) to fool
people around in 2004,during the election.They were doing everything to make
me look like a madman,killing people around me;I was threatened with
murder.A man (and Katya Gorachova)has been killed close hairdresser’s
when I cut my hair there to make me stop cut hair,use soap etc.;
to make me leave my job they beat a guy and
killed a man;I was fired without a reason.They killed a man close a river,
where I worked(Lugansk-vadah company),and they beat me,stole my money,things,
clothes.
They use radio,television;they cought my mobile phone calls and controlled the
internet,post,etc.
They use a special language to communicate to each other.They use:colours,
tools,things,animals,clothes,etc. as symbols to tell to each other anything they
need.For example:
a white star means:it’s me;I’m here,
a green star means: follow me,
a red star means: get away;etc…
(but it is just an EXAMPLE).
They very quickly give information to each other,using usual cell phones or other.
Except changing people they had changed all mine electrical devices,which
looked like mine but all those electrical devices had another circuit boards inside,
which could be controlled by them and had some radiomicrophones,radiobeacons,
videocameras,sensors etc.(for example:my DVD-player was working
WITHOUT A DISK(it had no any hard drive),
they wrote a text on the screen of my computer etc.
(it was not a virus or some kind of chat).
They had doctors here,in the hospital,which hypnotized me.
They were trying to make me believe in that they are aliens and to make
me believe in that they stopped trains(it seems in July 2005,one of the trains
is “Symferopol-Lugansk”,a radio said there were some explosions somewhere),
stopped any traffic in the city center (in Lugansk),did clean streets from any people,
did big salute in the city center
in Lugansk (people did not understand,why,there were many people and all the city
saw it.(it was later in autumn)etc.(I do not believe in aliens).
They(Viktor Ushenko and his people)use some special paint,the paint is not
washing out with water,spirit,any soap or washing-powder.They painted hands,
heads and their feet only;I was painted below my eyes(there was no any pain,
they did not hit me in there)to make me look like some drunkard (or somebody
like that,nobody would believe in my stories about the president and some
unusual men which were speaking another people’s voices,changing”faces”,
multi-million dollars inventions(they have spent these money to make the
“orange revolution”)etc.
Except the paint I saw some layer on their upper lips,like a layer cake but I saw
only one layer without any usual chaps on the skin(I never saw it again).
These people uses the technologies and masks(or other,I don’t know exactly,
maybe they do some transplantations or grafts):in Lugansk,supermarket
“Kurash-Raketa”,in the city center:1)Vitaliy Ivanovich,Litvinov Andrey and
Maksimenko Aleksandr.They worked there in March-May 2006;what is going
on there now,I don’t know.2)Marinah Ivanovnah,she is the manager,in the
city center of Lugansk,Supermarket “Rossia”,kulinariya.She worked there
in February-March 2006,where she is now,I don’t know.
They always deceiving,changing names,places,do some tricks,use new
technologies to fool people around etc.They use radio to make somebody
to change his mind,give wrong information around people,which are trying to
understand,what is going on here.They use a lot of people which talk very often
about some madmen,guys,which want to work in USA or Europe,use music
which make people think about some man going crazy etc. All the time they
did so:if they made a fire,they make some new fire,to make people believe
that fire a very usual thing here;if they stole something,they steal again
something,and talk(radio,people around)about that to make someone believe
that it is a VERY USUAL thing here and it happens here very often etc..
I gave or sent a lot of letters like this one to embassies:Australia,
Great Britain,Canada,China,Mexico,Germany,Poland,Korea,USA,France,
Groatia,Japan.All these governments got my letter,I put the letters in
postboxes close the embassies where all the postboxes are near security
and nobody could get them except the embassies.I did it(20.09.2005 USA
only)10.12.2005 and 25.04.2006 again.Last time close embassy of USA
in Kiev I said that the letter is very important and that the letter about an
explosion of house,but security guards said that the letter will be in the
rubbish and did not take it.All the governments knew about the explosion
but nobody did anything,nobody asked me about that.Exept one man.
He asked me about inventions,he was working with me in the supermarket
“Rossia” and was trying to make me tell him about throne(rus.”tronka”),
moon,something royal etc.(but hints only).Viktor Ushenko and his people
to make him believe that there’s nothing unusual in some explosion in
Lugansk and that it’s just a gas explosion made a new explosion of gas
right near his windows and his entrance,and then again,in the night

center(I wrote that Viktor Ushenko and his people use a special language
to communicate to each other,and use: colours,things,animales,some names
and STREETS).
They beat me and hit into my lower lip with a razor blade,then dragged
about 300 meters,there was a lot of my blood everywhere(in August 2005,
but they did not hit me below or near my eyes).
They wanted to make me look like some guy looking for employment
in the USA or Europe.They made my friends to go to the embassy of USA
in Kiev and made my friends ask for vises etc.(my friends knew that they
would not get vises in the USA).I think that Viktor Ushenko and his people
sent some letters like mine to the embassies,to make people believe that
such letters some madmen send very often and there’s nothing unusual,
and to mix my letter with another letters like mine.
I do not drink much,do not smoke,do not use any drugs,did not work with
some paint or toxic gas,I did not eat tablets or toadstools(the man(Lunacarskogo
97/110)asked me very often, do I eat some toadstools).I do not believe in any
spirits,hell,reincarnation,aliens etc. .
I am not a member of any political party.If I need some employment
abroad,I do not have a big problem because I have a lot of relations in Europe:

I worked as electrician(6300V),electrical engineer,businessman
(2000-2002),manager.Usually I repaired computers,videorecorders,monitors
etc. and earned money enough even when I did not work(for example I
have been to an island (Beyakadah)in 2004,jumped with a parachute etc.).
I never had deal with a theatre or film actors,grease-paint etc.(my friend
Stelmahov Vicheslav worked on television(UT-1)but he was making only
news).

He’s the way I was making the circuit board which is being used now
inside the bell “Body shaper”.
One day I needed to get 12 volt but I had a 2-volt accumulator and 10
accumulators *1.2 volt but all 10 accumulators were”dead”.
(Position 1):I connected 10*1.2V accumulators in parallel and connected
them to 2 volt(big)accumulator(“+” to “+”,”-” to “-“).I was charging these
10*1.2V accumulators(position 2)then I connected these 10 accumulators
“”-” to “+” ,”+” to “-“etc. and got 12 volt (10 accumulators *1.2volt each).
A bit later I was doing the same,but with(big)condensers.When I was
connecting condensers(the way I did with accumulators)I was gettin higher
voltage.Then I made a circuit board with(2)relay;the circuit board was
charging condensers(the way I did with accumulators)and then connecting
the condensers the way i did with accumulators,to get higher voltage.
Connection was making automatic,each relay was clicking all the time.
I was getting higher voltage WITHOUT A TRANSFORMER.In the end
of the circuit board I connected one big condenser.Everything was OK,
but there was a lot of noise and I decided to make another one.I made
another circuit board without any relay,I decided to use transistors
or some electric triggers(KU-112A)instead of relay.
I made another new circuit board which run without any
noise,but I had to connect “+”(position 1) to charge(one touch)the
condensers and “-” to connect these condensers in position 2.Then
I connected some generator.
The generator was making “+” and “-“; “+” to connect the circuit board
in position 1(to charge all the condensers),and “-” to connect the circuit
board in position 2.The generator was connecting the circuit board much
faster,then any relay or me.(picture 2)When I connected the generator,
I discovered that no need to use big condensers and the higher frequency
the less(not big)condensers I could use.
I called to “Ukrpatentburo” and I have made a big mistake,I had
said my address and I said that I have an invention.Only now I have
known that in my home were installed some videocamers and that
my inventions copied.

I had about 50 circuit boards but I am sure that almost all of them
would not run.Viktor Ushenko and his people coppied everything I was
doing and they still do it now,and I cannot do anything.Here’s a
circuit board that I never did:
This is the way how to make a battary charging without(instead
of) a jack.In a box of the adapter(220V)must be a generator working
on high frequency and an amplifier(high frequency)(I don’t know exactly,
but I think that the voltage of the signal must be high).The amplifier
must be connected to 2 metal plates.
Inside a device (maybe a cell phone or any electric device which
has some accumulators or big condenser inside,and needs charging
very often)must be 2 metal plates as well.These 2 metal plates must be
connected to (4)diodes and a condencer(rectifier).The rectifier must be
connected to an accumulator (or to an accumulator via some special
circuit board).
1 METAL PLATE(inside the adaptor)PLUS THE PLASTIC BOX
(=ISOLATION)PLUS 1 METAL PLATE (inside a cell phone or other)
=(equals) A CONDENSER ;
high frequency current must be “coming” via any condensers(the
metal plates must be very close to each other when the cell phone
(or other)is lying ang charging on the adapter(220V).The generator
is connected to the amplifier;the amplifier is connected to to 2
metal plates;the 2 metal plates(when the cell phone is lying on
the adaptor and charging)+ 2 metal plates inside a cell phone ARE
the CONDENSERS,the high frequency current is”coming” via the
2 condensers(2 plates + 2 plates= 2 condensers)and the 2 metal
plates are connected to a rectifier,the rectifier is connected to the
rectifier,the rectifier is connected to an accumulator and charging it.
When the cell phone is not lying on the adapter,the connection is
stopped because the 4 metal plates are not some condensers
now and the current is stopped,the battery are not overcharging.
(Maybe for accumulator should be some special circuit board,if
the device does not need much of energy or needs just one”flash”
of energy( it could be just a big condenser instead of an accumulator)
(I never connected some accumulator but this is the way how to
avoid a jack and send ENERGY into some electric device;but
the energy using could be different.

Here’s the way to save some square of parachute.(I never did it because
everything I was doing was coppied;I don’t know,will it work well enough).
It is a special electric-mechanical device which must be between a
parachute and some cargo.This parachute system makes some(almost)
vacuum above a parachute when the parachute is near land.The device
makes the parachute to move down,very quickly,when the parachute
is landing.When the parachute is moving down much faster,then usually,
the cargo begings to stop or even moving UP(but it is just a second).
The device could be different but it must has:1)some(electric)sensors
to feel when the parachute is going to touch the ground,and some(electric)
lock which must be open when the parachute is near the ground.
2)some mechanical sysrem which makes the parachute to move down
(much faster,then usually).
For example it could be an infra-red device,all the device’s
sensors must be turned to the ground and sense it(the infra-red
sensors must have some protection,the sensors should be apart
of the cargo or under it).This device works so:a parachute is falling
(as usually)but when it is going to land infra-red laser beams are
getting the land and the sensors are getting reflections.The infra-red
sensor(s)must be connected to an amplifier,the amplifier(must be
powerfull enough or use el.triggers,some special sircuit boards
for infra-red sensors)must be connected to the electric lock,the
lock will be open(when the parachute is near ground),when the
lock is open it lets a mechanical device to pull the parachute down
(it could be just a spring with an electric lock).The spring pulls the
parachute down(the spring must be charged before using).It would
be better if the device is controlled by computer,but it could be full
mechanical device.Instead of a spring could be used any other
mechanical device,for example pistons(compressed gas or air must
be pushing it,a piston is pulling a parachute down)or a spool;
when an electric lock is open the spool must be spinning a string
(the spool should have a spring or turbine,pistons(like inside a car
motor,but some compressed gas or air must be pushing the pistons).
When the spool is spinning a string of the parachute(on the string)
is moving down.
IF THE PARACHUTE IS MOVING DOWN,THE CARGO
IS MOVING UP,the device must be controlled by microcomputer
(inside)to stop the falling of CARGO at all,the landing must be soft.
The faster the parachute is moving down,the less is speed of falling
CARGO.Way of moving down(of the parachute,when the system
runs)should be long enough;the string should be long enough as well.
When the system works well enough SQUARE of the parachute
could be LESS with the same cargo(pic. 3).

Меня зовут Фурмузаки Вадим Валериевич,я живу по адресу : Украина,г.Луганск

Президент Украины Виктор Андреевич Ющенко и его люди перед президентскими
выборами на Украине взорвали дом по адресу:г.Луганск,
пос.Юбилейный,Садовая 2.Меня толкали на самоубийство,и когда бы со
мной это бы ни произошло я прошу винить в этом Виктора Андреевича
Ющенко,(хотя у этих людей очень много людей и в “оппозиции”,а
имена и фамилии они меняют как перчатки).
Виктор Ющенко и его люди используют для совершения преступлений
какой-то грим на лице,для того,чтобы совершать преступления и убийства и
оставаться при этом безнаказанными.
Этот грим использовали и для того,чтобы вызвать эмоции у людей
(типа девочек с белыми бантиками и т д)
во время предвыборной агитации с историей отравления В.Ющенко.
(По их словам это не грим,а специальные маски,но возможно пересадки
органов или др.)Кроме того,они исполь-
зуют какие-то спецсредства или незапатентованные изобретения для
того,чтобы точно копировать голос любого человека,глаза,волосы
и т.д.Простыми словами,делают похожих двойников.
Когда им необходимо кого-то убить или др. они обычно поступали
так:все (многие)электронные приборы меняли на аналогичные копии
этих устройств,но внутренние схемы этих устройств были управляемыми
дистанционно с помощью равиоволн,содержали микропередатчики,
датчики,радиомикрофоны и т.д..Всех людей приводили в безсознательное
состояние и куда-то увозили,а их место занимали
люди из спецслужб,которых подбирали похожими на людей,которых
они должны были заменить.Все выглядело без изменений,но на месте
обычных людей были люди из спецслужб,оснащенные оборудованием,
(использовали дрессированых животных вместо собак,кошек
с тем же внешним видом и т.д.)
но которые убивали людей и взрывали дома.
(Они не держали меня в каком-то своем месте,т.к.были уверены в том,
что мне никто не поверит,меня избили
и отпустили;иди,расскажи людям про солдат в масках,которые
говорят чужим голосом… )

По чистой случайности я успел передать письмо в посольство США
в Москве,(20 сентября 2005)после чего все это почти прекратилось,
но с того момента меня отчаянно пытались выдать за сумашедшего,
давили на моих друзей и родственников(в наших семьях нет никаких
приемных детей,все родные по матери точно),заставляя их говорить
о том,что у меня не все в порядке с психикой и заставляли моих
друзей ездить к посольствам с целью выдать меня за мальчика,
который мечтает получить грин-карту или мечтает поехать
на заработки за границу,старались по возможности ограничить мой круг друзей
сумашедшими или ребятами “со странностями”,давали соответствующие
характеристики обо мне и т.д.
Кроме того,постоянно старались переубедить всех окружающих
в том,что все,что написано в моем письме,чепуха.
Никто на мое письмо о взрыве дома не отреагировал,кроме одного
человека,который пришел ко мне на работу и начал очень часто
расспрашивать о взрывных устройствах и старался подталкнуть
меня к разговорам о “тронке”и т.д. (Я так думаю,что)Виктор Ющенко
и его люди,для того,чтобы его убедить в том,что дома в г.Луганске
часто взрываются сами по себе, от газа, прямо перед его подьездом и
окнами взорвали дом с людьми,и немного позже еще один дом,
(на этот раз уже действительно взорвали газ)в центре Луганска
(его(Димы) адрес :ул.Луначарского 97/110 ).
(А им я был нужен из-за изобретений,которые я не смог запатентовать,
одно из них – электронная схема схема,которую сейчас применяют
в поясе “Боди шейпер” и судя по всему,часть выборов себе организовал
В.Ющенко именно от продажи этого изобретения(Я думаю,что они
просто имели своего патентного поверенного в Укрпатентбюро,
я по своей глупости дал свой обратный адрес по интернету,
сообщив,что у меня есть формула изобретения ).

Меня постоянно увольняли с работ,для того чтобы я выглядел
эдаким инвалидом детства с психическими отклонениями,
эдаким маминым сыночком-дауном или типа того.
Меня “выкидывали” с любой работы,даже такой,которая
не требует каких-либо способностей или навыков.
Например,я пришел работать грузчиком (ц.рынок,перекресток
ул.Любови Шевцовой и переулок Гоголя,дом 3, я перевозил
лампочки).По дороге на работу в тролейбусе нагло включали
сильный (обычной звуковой частоты)звук (несколько килогерц),
по дороге спускали на меня дресированых собак,которые
рвали на мне одежду,вместо людей,которые там работали
пришли их люди и угрожали мне,даже избивали ДРУГ
ДРУГА(т е своих же людей )(струи и брызги крови летели по всему помещению,
когда избивали друг друга,они абсолютно не закрывались
руками,а сами подставляли лица,чтобы другим было удобнее
бить.А на улице они вели себя так,как если бы ничего не
происходит(улыбались и т.д.).Затем они убили(просто для
угрозы)мужчину по улице Гоголя (на противоположной
от рынка стороне),возле мясной лавки(инфаркт,
он там лежал целый день накрытый белой простынью и его
видело очень много людей).(Сейчас там все поменяли и
говорят,что вообще никакой мясной лавки там нет и никогда
не было).
После увольнений все выглядело так,как они и хотели:
мама содержит своего сына-больного,
частые смены работ,небритое лицо(не было денег
на бритвы и др.),грязная одежда и все так,как “положено”
человеку с отклонениями в психике.
Кроме этого они давили на моих родственников
или использовали двойников с внешностью
моих родственников.
Для того,чтобы заменить кого-то на двойника
им нужно было около 15 минут.Но в первые
несколько часов их можно легко отличить:
они не знают ничего,кроме основных данных,
они путаются в комнатах,не могут найти
выключатели,краны,ключи,туалет,часто
спрашивают где что находится и т д.
(Для того,чтобы со стороны это не слишком
сильно бросалось в глаза они чаще всего
начинали делать вид,что курят ‘травку’
или много начинали пить спиртное,и
вообще для всех заметных со стороны
изменений они всегда находят вполне
логичные объяснения,а вот как бы они
объяснили разницу в днк я точно пока
не знаю,возможно,они ставят на место
опять тех же людей,но пригрозив им
молчать,или какие-то свои ‘фокусы’.)
Но на следующий день они или меняют
людей на настоящих(без масок)натуральных
похожих людей или делают операции.
На следующий день они знают даже
больше,чем надо,их практически невозможно
отличить от оригинала(разве что провести
анализы , калиграфическую экспертизу и т.д.
Но они используют свои хитрости,”фокусы”,
незапатентованые технологии и т д
для того,чтобы сбить с толку.Кроме того,
они постоянно давят и стараются сбить
с толку МЕНЯ,для того,чтобы Я говорил
то,чего не было и т д,типа гипноза
или ‘убийства’манекенов вместо людей,
а затем я выгляжу как ненормальный ,
если они доказывают обратное.
Для того,чтобы запугать меня (и выкинуть с работ)люди
из спецслужб использовали какое-то устройство,которым
убивали прохожих на улицах,люди падали от внезапных
инфарктов,то справа от меня,то слева на рынке и улицах.
Кроме людей в масках они очень часто используют
просто своих людей,которые не применяют ничего особенного
типа масок и не знают ничего,кроме того,что им приказали
выполнять.Таких людей практически невозможно
выявить,и никакие тесты не помогут.
Эти люди постоянно делают тесты,которые дают им
возможность приблизительно выявить,что человек
знает,а что нет.Они произносят слова,подставляют
предметы,подгоняют машины и т.д. и контролируют
пульс и др. человека для того,чтобы выяснить,
знаком человек с этим предметом или машиной,
словом или нет.Что-то вроде полиграфа но работает
на расстоянии.
В свою очередь,если они предполагают что
человека будут тестировать,они используют
что-то вроде внушения(например,если дать
человеку таблетку с успокоительным или сделать
укол магнезии и сказать,что это наркотик,
при тестировании у человека изменится пульс,
хотя он только думает,что пробовал
наркотик;если ударить сильно человека каким-то
предметом,он будет на него реагировать,могут
использовать двойные значения предметов для
того,чтобы сбить с толку и т.д.).
Они постоянно используют “промывку мозгов”:
используют радио,людей в толпе,соседей,музыку,подбрасывают
предметы и т.д. для того,чтобы убеждать
(как бы ненавязчиво,пуская ход мыслей в “правильном”направлении,
наталкивать людей на ‘правильный’ путь, часто напоминать
о чем-то или заострять внимание людей на нужном им объекте,
напоминать об чьих-то ошибках и т д .)
и переубеждать людей в том,что им нужно.Они очень сильно
воздействуют на людей,могут переубедить кого угодно в чем
угодно,то,в чем вы были уверены еще вчера сегодня после
их “промывки мозгов”вам кажется уже смешным.
Для того,чтобы вызвать у человека какое-то определенное настроение
или например,раздражение и усталость они используют буквально всю окружающую
обстановку-цвета,звуки,мух,рекламу по ТВ или радио,машины как-то связаны с прошлым
или людей с чем-то напоминающим о каком-либо событии,отключение или качество воды,
света,газа;пыль,запахи,мелодии вызова звонка,разговоры людей по мобильному или рации,
вызовы в гос-службы,людей-знакомых и т д; удержать этот поток промывки мозгов почти невозможно
т к возможности у них очень большие.
Перед тем как они собираются что-либо сделать или после того они “растворяют” событие среди похожих таких же
событий,например если хотят убить кого-то то перед этим скорее всего произойдет несколько убийств никак не связанных
с тем делом,которым они занимаются,т е это событие никого не удивит и не будет выделяться и привлекать внимание.
(чаще всего до сих пор они использовали обычное радио)
Я очень не рекомендую слушать совета кого-либо,а только
самостоятельно решать все вопросы,не принимать уже
готовые(“на блюдечке с ложечки”)результаты психологического
тестирования или чьи-то характеристики.
Самый лучший “инструмент” для того,чтобы ограничить все мои возможности
который они использовали до сих пор-это уменьшение любых моих доходов,
используя штрафы,изменение цен не в мою пользу,увольнения с работ и
мешая раскрутить лыбой бизнес или просто мешая работать на какой-либо
работе,создавая любые возможные проблемы в работе(технические,”плохие” соседи,
отвлекающие звуки,животных,помехи радиоприему,перекрытие тел звонков в нужный момент,вирусы,болезни,
изменение паролей или стирание электронной почты,просто снимая деньги со счетов(моб тел,интернет или др),
простыми словами самый лучший инструмент который до сих пор они использовали-это блокирование любых доходов
(при наличии денег по какой-либо причине-штрафы,просто воровство денег,снятие денег со счетов и увеличение цен,
самый простой способ заметить их работу-дать возможность мне получать деньги-они сразу же блокируют все
способы связи и средства для получения денег,или просто при наличчи денег снимают деньги со счетов или используют штрафы,(конечно,если это не мелкие деньги)).
(Кроме всего того,о чем я знаю,они,как я думаю, используют
и другие хитрости и препараты,о которых мне они естейственно,не
рассказывают.)
