Not exactly sure what prompted this specific article, but it talks about the battle between Unwired and Personal Broadband to offer wireless broadband around Australia. In some ways, this may be a proxy battle between various high speed wireless companies. Unwired is using Navini technology, while Personal Broadband is wedded to ArrayComm's tech.
