How Much Do You Spend On Text Messaging?

Found over on MobileTracker is this news that some kid in Singapore rang up a $2,300 SMS bill in 15 days. Ouch. Apparently, many kids are ringing up insanely high SMS bills. Kids are trying to keep the bills lower by doing things such as sending text messages from their parents' phones instead (because the parents usually don't use up their own included messages). Also, parents are putting hard limits on how much they'll spend on their children's text messaging habits, and say that anything above that has to be paid out of their own pockets.
