Now, unfortunately we can't get away from 'THE STUPID'. Each passing day brings more of 'THE STUPID' and leaves me more and more afraid that there are no intelligent beings left on this planet.
Just let old school media die the inevitable death. If they cannot innovate, then they go under like any other business. All the blustering and nostalgic statements about 'the good old days' mean nothing to us. Let these dinosaurs die so we can move on.
I use Ubuntu at home and carry my IPod between home and work, where I am forced to use Windows. At home, Amarok works fantastic with my IPod and Amazon has DRM free MP3 downloads.
