i'm not a lawyer but my defence would be as sonn as we were told it was copyrighted it was taken down as per a dcma request
our defamation laws are more draconian but would most people leaking confidential information come under the whistle blowers exemptions (depending on what info is released)
laws are supposed to be based on common sense
like the 10 commandments, i'm an atheist but still they are understandable
patent, copyright problems put them on 4chan and let the strongest troll win
so Janus Friis and Niklas Zennstrom made the best deal ever and should be congratulated, scamming the scammer's at ebay

it's something to do with when the telephone system split from post office control and became BT, hull council decided to take over the local phone system thus 30 years later this is how it ends
